The in - mail voucher was a complete inconvenience. Showing the fact that you purchased the Groupon was not enough, you needed a punch card. This made the customer wait to redeem their purchase.

Tom is a great guy. He also rents U-Hauls, so you might be prepared to wait a bit. However, he is genuinely worth the wait.
