The breakfast sandwich is fantastic and is available all day long, which is great for those of us who are up for breakfast food any time of day. Its an excellent price as well. The bubble teas are also very good, made from fresh ingredients rather than powders, which means that certain drinks (taro, red bean) are going to taste quite different here than at other places, and may have a different texture as well. Most that I've tried are not particularly sweet, except the honey one, which can be a pro or con depending on the customer, however they menu says you can ask them to adjust the sweetness. I usually order as is and then add stevia if I want it sweeter. My favorites have been avocado, coconut, and honey. And if you're not a fan of regular Boba, try getting the lychee- it's excellent. This location is also great to study, read, or come with friends to hang out or play a game- they have a nice selection of board games that are free to use while you're there.

Drink was good but the owners seemed annoyed that I had a grouping. If you don't want groupon customers don't make it an option.
