Sorry to hear you had a negative reaction to the waxing!! Bumps and ingrowned hairs are a risk when waxing. If the bumps appeared immediately after the service it could be due to inflammation. If so, those bumps should go away on its own in a day or two. If the bumps appeared as your hair began to regrow, they may be ingrowned. Ingrowned hairs can be treated by exfoliating the area 2-3 times a week. There are many products available to prevent and treat ingrowns, one of my personal favorites is the Ingrown Hair Serum from European Wax Center.
