I easily made appointment for my upholstery cleaning, and arrived on time.
Our tech was not overly professional. When he arrived, he started to come in the house without putting on any shoe covering. At my request, he went back to his truck and got some. He smelled strongly from smoke and sweat. He did a good job cleaning the furniture. I had to remind him about the deodorizer and sanitizer.
