I had a hard time getting someone on the phone to make my appointment. Once I contacted Groupon they called back. Once scheduled, the class was great and very informative. After the course, we were to receive our certificate the next day but so far, five days later haven't received them. I contacted the instructor and he said he was busy and hadn't gotten around to it yet. So 3-4 stars.

I learned a lot about concealed and carry the instructor was very good
