I had a great woman reflexology therapist who took great care of me. I have a problem with my left foot so asked her to stay away from that and she worked around it with no problem. Head, neck and back was best part of the session. You remain clothed so I suggest shorts and a t-shirt in the summer and a hat (your hair will be in contact with some oil at the neck) or loose pants (that you can roll up). This is a common area room so if that bothers you, don't do it. I had no issue. Quiet, relaxing and therapeutic.
