Our waitress was phenomenal. I forgot her name, but she took great care of us with our 3 crazy kids. The kids meals didn't come first and she bought us dessert because of it. Very classy.

Waiting over an hour for food is unacceptable. Waitress was frazzled, and even though I made it clear that could not eat oil and was told that it would not be a problem, my fish came back cooked in oil. If my condition wasn't under control, this could have hospitalized me. If you say that you can accommodate a diet, stick to your word. Especially if the diners waiting over an hour for a burger and grilled fish, and another 30 minutes for aside if asparagus.
