Morales—whose culinary career has included stints at two Michelin-starred restaurants—the staff of kitchen experts begin their work at 7:30 a.m., when breakfast offerings ranging from syrupy towers of pancakes to heart-healthy egg-white breakfast sandwiches help office dwellers start the day. As the hours wear on, sandwiches piled with grilled salmon or roasted pork face off against alfredo pasta, stuffed burritos, or sizzling Asian stir-fries. Rotating menus feature six options per day, allowing visitors to add novelty to their meal routines without hiring a mime nutritionist, and an array of grab-and-go edibles keep latecomers sated when the café has stopped serving. The new taqueria offers low-priced food options as well.
