About HardCore Fitness Studio

What services does your business offer and what makes your business stand out from the competition?
HCF's mission is to maintain a healthy lifestyle in a busy world. We know everyone’s life is different and that we all have stress in our lives. Whether it be from work, school, or family responsibilities, we strive to help our clients fulfill their goals in the midst of their hectic schedules.

Exercise is challenging. How do you keep clients motivated and engaged?
We are offer small group training sessions in which our clients have also become motivators and encourages for each other. We have a great community of neighbors and friends who support and look out for each other.

What was the inspiration to start or run this business?
My mom opened HardCore Fitness in 2010. She had a passion for helping her clients get in shape. In February of 2015, she unexpectedly passed away. My vision as her daughter is to continue her passion for guiding her clients to get healthy, lose weight and get strong.

What do you love most about your job?
I love that I am able to guide my clients to make the best change they can make in their life. That is taking care of their body and mind. I love being able to motivate and inspire them to lead better healthier lives.

I misread the groupon and ended up purchasing a package that my teen couldn't use because of her age. Sherri was totally willing to translate the groupon at a fair value to the class appropriate to my daughter's age. The studio is a welcoming, clean environment and my daughter really enjoyed her first session there and is looking forward to going to the next class. Very happy to have found this place!
