Jon is an incredibly knowledgeable and supportive trainer. He starts with wanting to know your fitness goals and does an initial assessment of your physical ability to tailor your sessions. Every training session I learned different exercises and he pushed me to get the best out of my workout. Hifi is also a great space where they have a ton of equipment and it's all personal training sessions.
