El día que fui estaba bastante nublado y no se veía absolutamente nada, debieron reprogramar o emitir un reembolso y no simplemente decir que ya se había perdido el ticket

We had a great time here. The city is beautiful, and this is a great opportunity to see the city (especially at night!) The atmosphere is relaxing, staff are nice, and you can easily spend a few hours here enjoying the view and a drink while chatting with friends.

The experience was pretty cool to take an elevator all the way up to see and view the different neighborhoods in Chicago. Was disappointed that I was not able to do “The Tilt” which was the main reason for me to go. My ticket was just to look at view, I didn’t mind purchasing tickets to do the tilt. It was really the response of the worker rushing me out of line. Tbh overhyped.
