About Kozy's Cyclery
Originating as a bicycle repair shop on Chicago's South Side in 1944, Kozy's Cyclery now consists of four store locations across Chicago, helping make it the city's premier bike store for the past 60-plus years. Along with a complete stock of bicycle clothing, accessories, parts?and, of course, bikes?the three-generation, family-owned store cares for its bicycle-riding customers by offering professional bike fittings, [test rides](http://gr.pn/KdnIh2), and two free tune-ups with every new bicycle purchase. In their 70th year of business, Kozy's has more than 350 bikes on display for each rider's unique needs, from mountain bikes and cruisers to fixed gears and multispeed commuter bikes and electric bikes.

Ended up not finding any bikes that fit what I was looking for, and decided to use the purchase value toward accessories.
This started a month long fight to try to get back the $119 value I had spent to buy the Groupon. Ended up having to fight tooth and nail with both kozy's and Groupon to get this and it took over a month of this back and forth.

I liked the bike shop, but the manager on duty seemed very upset with something going on in the store and reflected his anger in his attitude as he was walking around seemingly disturbed about something. It was just a negative vibration he was sending out. I did not feel comfortable about his behavior, and thus will maybe go to the other Kozy stores in the area instead, in the future.
The other floor salespersons were helpful and pleasant to work with, however.

I saw a bike online but once at the store, I realized it wasn't for me. The salesman was helpful and suggested a bike that was in the same price range and with even better features. They are knowledgeable and has sensible suggestions.
