Lily Nails Lounge informed me after the service that they are not taking Groupons at this moment and tried to make me pay for the services. They also charge an extra $5 if they use their own nail kit. I’ve never heard of this before. My nail chipped on the same day & cuticles were not snipped correctly. I would not go back or recommend

So sorry to hear that , if your nails chipped on the same day can you come back I will fix free for you , before COVID 19 we don’t charge extra $5 for nails kit , but right now we have too safe for you and for me , and after you use it you can bring home with you ,right now supply go in up a lot but we keep the Price the same , I know some place every service growing up $5 or $10
