I did the colon cleanse and it is amazing how much impure things there are in our body that needs to come out. If you are suffering from bloating or constipation, which I have been fighting for many months, this is the way to start the process to clean your colon. For just 20 minutes, it is something that we all need to do. The feeling after your done is wonderful.

The staff are very professional considering what is a somewhat intrusive, yet very much needed health balancing procedure. Facilities are clean & instruments sterile. Go w/ an open mind knowing you are doing good for yourself.
