It’s the first time I bought this Groupon & whenever I book the session 2 time they canceled it. And both time I prepare stuff & props get done my make up and hair and make my family ready then 2 hours before they cancels the session. Weather was not the problem it was them because Toney didn’t take the responsibility very seriously, it was very unprofessional.

Groupon did not approve your refund. Weather was an issue and you also wanted a maternity session for your “10-Minute Portrait Session.” Which you did not want to pay the additional fee for. It clearly states that you cannot use this service for Engagement - Wedding and Newborn Services. You should inform customers of the full story. Have a wonderful day.
