Introducing new activities to your kids can be hard, especially finding something they will not only love but that parents will have the time, money, and energy to commit to on a regular basis.

As a mom, Desiree Vargas Wrigley noticed that it was often difficult for parents and kids to discover new activities without having to commit their young child to a class that's several weeks long. So she decided to build Pearachute, a monthly membership club that would let parents easily find and book kids' classes throughout Chicago, all through one app and with one membership.

Using the app, parents can book sessions right through the service using their phone without ever having to dial a number or fill out lengthy forms. And with thousands of classes for kids as young as six-weeks old, Pearachute keeps even the most adventurous kids from getting bored. The site boasts over 200 locations around the city and suburbs, from the Chicago Athletic Clubs and Goldfish Swim School to Language Stars and Merry Music Makers on the roster. And because something can always come up as a parent, the service also allows for flexible cancellation of classes when something comes up.
