The staff was very friendly and welcoming. The place is very clean and open. There were candies and tea available which was really nice. Natalia who did my wax did and AMAZING job! Often times during waxes I'm in pain because I'm very sensitive but this I can truly say was my best experience yet. She made me feel very comfortable and was very knowledgeable about hair removal. I will be returning and will recommending

Natalya was fantastic! I’ve been getting Brazilians for a few years now from many different places, and she’s definitely one of the best. Nearly painless, very fast and perfect. She’s very friendly too - would definitely recommend!
