I had a great dane that was a runner, so I thought this would be great! NOPE! It was no help when he actually ran off in the night. There was no real way to track him GPS wise. Wasted my money.

Just activated everything. The process was quite frustrating, but that was more a function of having purchased a Groupon and not knowing it had to be done in a particular (different) way. Customer Service from PetHub is phenomenal. They worked with me as long as it took to get it all done. I think it will be a very valuable service, and it was a pretty good deal too.

the website was a little confusing... because there are several steps you need to take to get the ID, register your pet, link the ID, etc. but when I requested help, they responded very quickly and helped me complete what I needed. Hopefully will never have to actually use their services for a lost pet, but I like the reassurance that there is an easy place to help get me re-united with my dogs should that happen!
