The WORST experience I've ever had at a nail salon. I bought a Groupon for 3 visits, mind you, I only used one. The pedicure was fine, nothing special, but fine. BUT THE MANICURE. First off, I was doing a no-chip. We sat down, everything was going great. Then she smudged my nails really bad (she had put the polish on too thick) - so we start again. If you know, you know. The process to now remove the smudged no-chip polish took at least 15 mins. We start again. OH MY GOD she smudged them again. Oh, this story doesn't stop here. It happens a THIRD time. By this point, it's past 8pm. I had been there since 4:30pm. She apologizes and asks me to come back tomorrow and she'll fix it for free. NOPE. When I tell you that I left two additional mani-pedis on the table unused, that's saying something. Do not go here unless you sincerely want your time wasted for the worst manicure of your life.

My nails look and feel amazing. The service was awesome and the pedicure was so relaxing. Definitely will be returning.

The manicurist attitude was horrible, the environment was horrible. I was afraid I might get shot being in the area but it wouldn't have been as bad if I had a better experience with the nail tech but she was just another hood chick with a bad attitude. I will never go here again and I don't recommend anyone else to go either.
