Deploying fresh ingredients from Japanese and Chinese cuisines, the chefs at Ponzu Sushi fill tables with teriyaki dishes, small plates, and selections from a menu of 25 specialty rolls. Flights of yellowtail, tuna, or salmon served with miso soup exhibit the sushi chef's handiwork with a breadth of nigiri, sashimi, maki, and papier-mâché.
