Very kind but my primary concerns were on back and booty. She spent half of the time she spent on my face on back and on booty. And did not bother to do full booty, just the middle part only, missing most of the cheeks. No peel. Kind of annoyed I paid the higher price and now the Groupon price it’s $71 less. I bought one of the products she pitched at the end but this is a basic procedure

We reflected on your appointment and want to let you know the face did take longer, it includes the neck and the décolleté. When we move onto the back and butt, the facial tips are larger. I got the multivitamin hydrafacial and it was wonderful - Frances explained what was happening at every step of the way and it was clear that she knows her stuff. My skin was so clean and bright following the treatment. I'd never had a hydrafacial before and would definitely do it again thanks to this experience.

I've had several hydrafacials before. Frances is very friendly and very knowledgeable about the hydrafacial. She's fairly priced and makes your experience unforgettable. She took the time to address my skincare concerns as well. I was highly impressed with Frances. I will be back again. Thanks!
