What was the inspiration to start or run this business?

The PS Extension Academy was founded in 2015 by Roni Griffin when she was running a full service hair extension salon in Chicago, IL. Roni realized that there was a high demand for professionally trained extension technicians but there was a lack of options for quality training. Roni knew that in order to produce quality work you need to be credibly trained and unfortunately there were many technicians in the industry that were providing poor extension services and thus was born PS Extension Academy. Since 2015, PS Extension Academy has grown from classes only in salons to having it's own academy for full classes and private lessons and a full Extension Studio.
