From the overall look and feel, it felt more welcoming than Chipotle. However, the burrito felt very soggy and wet, and the staff were not as accommodating than its other counterparts. I understand that Qdoba may get these comparisons a lot, but I believe that it matters. In addition, I wasn't sure if the queso or the guacamole was free because they were never called out as free or costed extra; this also matters a lot when it comes to having repeat customers. Customers remember a good or a bad experience, and first impressions have a lasting one. From this experience, I don't want to seem like I am spoiled, but I would prefer Chipotle.
