Not a clean salon and a basic mani/pedi took over 2 hours. No one has that kind of time. Also I booked an appointment and I was not seen until an hour after my service time was scheduled for.

When I walked in neither worker was wearing a mask and it appeared the air was not on. Once they got me set up the girl who did my pedicure was still not wearing a mask. I should also note that the chairs are not typical pedicure chairs. They are chairs with pull out drawers and they put a bucket of hot water in it (not jets etc). During this time it was still very hot and I noticed the temperature in the room was 78 degrees on a hot Chicago day...I asked if they had the air on or a fan and she said to give it time to cool down...Also another customer came in and they sat her right next to me even though there was a chair further away she could have sat at..
Overall, she did a decent job on the pedicure, but not great at following social distancing rules and guidelines and it wasn't the most enjoyable experience.

I liked being able to schedule online and the two ladies that did my m/p were extremely sweet. My complaint was I asked what no chip colors had the matching for toes i was told oh we don’t but we can try to match (call me ocd but no) I had broken one of my nails a few days earlier really short and when I asked if I could get a tip I was told they don’t do acrylics. Who doesn’t do acrylics at all?

Didn’t have that many color options, and felt rushed, but overall the nails and pedicure have surpassed the two weeks. Good quality stuff!

The service wasn’t your typical blow out bar/salon quality. My stylist was really sweet and you could tell wanted to do a good job, but maybe just lacked the experience required to provide a quick, yet long-lasting blow-out. I spent 90 minutes there too which should have been ample time to get my hair smooth and dry. Oh well. Worth a shot.

Great shop. I had two people working on me @ once. Both were professional & were following the COVID-19 rules for business owners. I read some while they worked a lot in these hands & feet. LOL I needed EVERYTHING & they delivered. Sorry but hands are a week old but still look GOOD.

Great service!!! This was my first time going and I love how organized they are. The owner is a sweetheart. Both my daughter and I really enjoyed it and we are definitely looking forward to going back.
