The experience was not up to my standards. I’ve had microdermabrasion done before. I was a little shocked that I was not given any post-treatment instructions and the lack of knowledge by the woman performing this treatment. She explained to me that this will not help with clogged pores (it does) as it does not go “deep” enough...3 stars for this experience, but 5 stars for the male receptionist.

Avoid Rebecca- started my first session by telling me I'd need to buy additional sessions, and then covered about 50% of my chin area with the laser despite me asking to be more thorough. Not surprising no results from the treatment. Finally on the 3rd session I insisted on another technician, at which point Rebecca changed her tune and did a thorough coverage and "turned up the charge" which finally had an impact. Unfortunately I paid for 3 sessions but really only had one that was effective. Felt like a scam.
