Roadhouse 66 Gas N' Grill is a truly laid-back sports bar. When the space was lost to a fire in 2013, the team didn't miss a beat—they revived the concept in new location with an upgraded menu. Once again, fans flock there to watch the Cubs, Bears, Bulls, and Blackhawks stomp their competition and execute perfect pirouettes during celebration dances.
As they gaze at the flat-screen TVs, patrons sip their choice of 14 draft beers and nosh on gourmet pub food, including house wings that are smoked for two hours, grass-fed bison burgers that are crowned with fried cheese curds, and grass-fed beef short ribs that are braised in bourbon for three hours. During brunch, pancakes served in individual cast-iron skillets arrive at tables along with smoked-pork-belly eggs benedict and banana-bread french toast.
