The Bartender was sooooo nice and made great drinks!!! However they don’t open until 5pm and the chef leaves before 9. So I didn’t get to enjoy the food and that’s what made we want visit in the first place.
The cook went home before 9 p.m. which was disappointing. But the vibe is cool.
Love the food and music, great drinks
excellent service, food and drink
It's more of a club than a restaurant. However, if you're interested in the food only, which was exquisite, go early in the evening and you'll be greeted by friendly staff and enjoy superb dining! Be careful, the lentils have quite a zing!
New Ethiopian restaurant by the owners of Demera. Good food, casual lounge atmosphere, tasty drinks BUT Demera is still my favorite as they have family style combos. Try Safari for yourself.
Menu not current. Waitress not helpful. Portions kinda small.
Slow service. Okay food. Loud music with no audience.
Cozy spot. Good food,music,drinks!

Safari Lounge may have a wild theme, but the interior is decidedly refined. Seating is located along sleek wood-paneled and exposed-brick walls, and neon lights illuminate the bar, accented by African- and Caribbean-inspired touches, such as animal prints and Bob Marley murals.
Sticking with the safari motif, the menu offers a selection of drinks and cuisine like the kitfo burger, made with Ethiopian-style steak tartare, and vegetarian fare served with injera. In both the restaurant downstairs and the upstairs club space, African beers flow freely, as do cocktails made with tequila and rum.
