Hair stylist was terrible. Didn't execute on what I wanted, cut off additional length than requested, and took 2.5 hours for a single haircut

I am not a harsh judge of hair salons AT ALL, but I have to say this was one of the most uncomfortable and unprofessional experiences of my life. The salon did not have the traditional disinfectant for combs, the building smelled very bad, the stylist I was assigned was very frazzled and not professional at all. I left very disappointed and slightly concerned.
