Gliding through parks and weaving between runners on the lakefront path, segway-riding guides from Signature Segway Adventures keep guests in the know, offering up fun facts about the city and its origins. During tours, they highlight architectural sights, scenic views, and landmarks such as Buckingham Fountain, Navy Pier, and the Shedd Aquarium. Segways are very easy to use. The guides were very nice and a lot of fun. The only change I would make would be to make the tour longer and the training shorter. I was told the tour was 2-2.5 hours but it was only 1.5 hours and they spend a good 30 minutes or more telling everyone how to ride but it's not brain surgery. Training should take no more than 5-10 minutes. Overall still a good time and nice staff.

Groupon should include all costs. Didn't appreciate having to pay more money to use groupon when I got there. Also, tour guide shouldn't fabricate facts. It's ok to say 'I don't know.'

The boss of Signature Segway Tours was rude and unfriendly. The other workers were kind and always approachable. Overall, the tour was pretty fun.
