Simply Thalia, Chicago

Simply Thalia has been serving their own interpretation of classic Pan Asian cuisine since 2010. Surrounded by walls decorated with Hayden Collective custom artwork featuring both Asian and Chicago cultures, the chefs serve a range of rice and noodle dishes, as well as a selection of sushi rolls handcrafted in the open-kitchen. The restaurant's signature Malaysian Thalia Laksa, for instance, is a spicy noodle soup filled to the brim with a variety of food items like calamari, fish cakes, and tofu. Additionally, traditional Asian beverages and desserts like sake and mochi can round out the meal.
