Purchased this to order as a gift. When it arrived, the glass was broken. I've tried to contact the company multiple times with no answer. Very sad that this happened as I have been purchasing from them for years now without a problem, and I'm not sure if I will be doing this again as it's been a month without an answer on a resolution.
