Absolutely horrible! Waste of time & money!!! Was waiting for 30 min & needed to reschedule for the next day, because another client was already came… Wax was half done, but they charged 18% tips right away. I didn’t even want to come for the second wax even was paid upfront. Everything is really bad & not organized, the same person is doing scheduling & super expensive service. Nothing done prop

Customer service was poor. The esthetician that did my wax left me patchy and did not do a pleasant job. The owner did apologize for the poor service and offered a discount for future service. For the price and service I got I probably won’t return.
