I'm not satisfied with my facial with Ming. She was 30 min. late. Her location is a secured residential building, The Clare, within her apt. She gave me a 40 min. facial, instead of a 60 min. facial, which was my scheduled and paid service.

I had ordered the 3 facial package through Groupon. The first 2 sessions were fine, but on the 3rd session when I arrived I discovered they had forgotten my appointment. The owner apparently double booked and Ia member of her staff refused to interrupt the session that she was in to notify her of my presence. No one attempted to contact me to reschedule or apologize. Give the poor customer service I wrote off my last session and will never return to the M Studio as a result.
