What was the inspiration to start or run this business? My inspiration is being a single mom of three boys trying to fit back into my high school clothes. When I had and our first clients had the results they did they contacted me in tears about how happy they were, I knew we were on the something big!

What do you love most about your job? Helping people gain confidence about themselves and feel better about themselves is key to our success! I love it most when we see our amazing results that actually change peoples lives!

What is the best reaction you've ever gotten from a customer? I had one customer who continued to not only refer people as clients but refered people who actually bought franchises. Now we are nationwide.

Cara is an amazing therapist. She meets with you to discuss your health and beauty goals, and she activates a customized strategy to get you there. I loved my thermally session. Very relaxing and helpful with smoothing out my problem area (backside). It is more supple and firm from only 2 sessions so I intend to continue with the service. I feel more refreshed after the sessions and I know this helps me stick to my fitness goals. Cara is great!
