Over the years of participating in different fitness programs, Brian Redard and Tori Clement wished to create something that goes beyond the mere gym experience—they envisaged fitness as part of a lifestyle itself. With this in mind, they started ultiFit where their passions and ideas of what an effective approach to fitness should be like came to life. With appearances on such TV channels as NBC or Netflix, they help their clients reach their desired goals by providing high-intensity interval, TRX, and obstacle-course training sessions. During these classes, they show them proper ways of performing these exercises to improve, among others, strength, endurance, stamina, and flexibility.
