Universal Dental was friendly, professional, and on time. The dentist did a good job explaining the whitening process, and he offered good suggestions to deal with tooth sensitivity after the procedure. My fiance had the same procedure done at Universal Dental. She thought their services were great, too.

Professionalism was lacking. Too occupied doing other things and a lot of miscommunication. When taking the cotton out of my mouth, just yanked it out resulting in a significant raw portion of my gums.
