The lessons are taught by a professional, working singer in commercial music. VPC will begin by teaching you the physical technique you need to command your voice, then push you to find the blend of genres and individual style that fits your person.

Students should bring a prepared song.

What was the inspiration to start or run this business?
There is a significant lack of commercial vocal instruction in music education. Most teaching still comes from a classical place, and in very real physical ways, this is detrimental to singers who prefer non-classical genres. VPC's mission is to bridge this gap.

What do you love most about your job?
Students reach places they have never reached, gaining power and autonomy over their talent, their born-in instrument.
