Website said open at 10am. Called prior to see if open, someone answered and said yes. Get there at 10am, door locked. Stood in cold with 2 yr old while called again to have them open door. It was 1015am and chairs still on tables, floor dirty. It was really awkward. Teriyaki chicken, horrible. Rolls ok, some bones in the eel rolls.
