About Windy City Adventure Boot Camp

What services does your business offer and what makes your business stand out from the competition?
Our clients are able to achieve success because they are guided through the process with meal plans, unlimited classes, and accountability. Our workouts change daily and are specifically designed to meet our client’s needs for weight loss, strength, and endurance.

Exercise is challenging. How do you keep clients motivated and engaged?
Clients experience a variety of workouts. No two classes are ever the same. This keeps it fresh and challenging. The camaraderie and connections made among the women is also a great motivation to get out there and achieve each and every one of their goals.

What was the inspiration to start or run this business?
Before I was the owner I was a client. So I know how difficult it can be to start working out after not working out for years. Windy City Boot Camp got me back on track. I lost the 15lbs I had gained and learned how to choose healthy foods that were still delicious and I was hooked.

What do you love most about your job?
I love that I get to work with positive women. I love that I get to be a part of my clients amazing journey to a healthier, confident, and beautiful version of themselves. I love seeing them progress quickly and really enjoy their time with us. I also really enjoy how much fun we all have.
