While the menu is filled with pub staples and comfort food, including poutine, hot wings, chicken cordon bleu, and bacon cheeseburgers, Hot Spring Steakhouse's main attraction is right there in the name. From the new york strip, a triple-A affair, to the steak au poivre, covered with peppercorns and red-wine sauce, the steak house fires up an excellent cut of beef. The chefs aren't above mixing their proteins, either. The steak neptune, for example, is paired with shrimp and crab, while the mushroom neptune adds cream cheese, herbs, and a completely non-beef mushroom.
