Absolutely horrible work, and empty promises. Took 2 months to get the first and only appointment after contacting many times without an answer. Finally got an answer, and number had changed. Got promises that my Groupon for 3 cleanings would be honored despite pending expiration. Many attempts to contact have gone unanswered, except for a few replies with promises that they would honor the work plus bonus time. I was sensitive to the situation for awhile (new baby) but after the continued promises and no shows, I have lost patience. A total waste of money.

Brought a broken vacuum to clean carpet, meaning carpet did not get cleaned.

The two women did a beautiful job in our home. Everything looks wonderful, and it even smells clean when I walk into the house!

Had a 2 hour groupon but a really small place for them to clean. I thought that this would mean that they would do a deeper cleaning but that doesnt appear to have been the case.
