Empty but still told me to call and make an appointment or I could pay. Then they said it’s ok. Cleanliness 1 sterilization 1 customer service 0. They looked inconvenienced over the groupon even when the place was empty no one. Didn’t even get the paraffin I just wanted out. I won’t go back. Beware they will yank your phone from your hand when showing them the groupon and walk away with it. Horrible experience. Nails are okay not worth it . Smells funky.
