Too inexperienced. Nails don't look good. Charged $8 extra for removing gel. No one does that.

Don't whisper to each other so much it makes me uncomfortable. Put more deals out there and I will come back. Develop a customer list with email addresses to inform us of upcoming deals and to reward repeat customers
