I purchased a gel manicure package which included a complimentary glass of wine. I was never offered a glass of wine or any other beverage. The service was subpar. It felt more like a polish change than a manicure. I did not receive a hand massage or lotion rub. I just got my nails filed and polished. It was not what I expected at all.

I don't think you should have advertised a groupon for the nail services of one person. It made it very difficult to get an appointment. I had to get my nails done AFTER the event I wanted them for. There should have been a comment on the groupon that reservations are needed at least a month in advance because only one person was providing the service.

Only one person does the manicure from the groupon so you must wait forever to get the appointment and forget about Saturdays. On the plus side, they are going to extend the expiration date si I can get in this summer.
