Terrible overall

Great massage, good price, clean place.

The massage therapists here are not trained in kinesiology. It was the equivalent of asking a teenager or friend to rub your back. It was clear she was unaware of removing knots from tense sectors and pressure points throughout the body. In addition, the timing of my massage was un even. Out of a 60 minute Full body hot stone massage, 45 minutes were spent on my back and the other 10 on my lower half. The hot stones were used 5 minutes towards the end of my 55 minute massage followed by a cold rag to wipe of the hot stone sensation. Leaving me feeling unbalanced , cold and wet. The woman did not speak one word of english and as a result, when I needed to communicate the pressure to be harder or softer the masseuse was not able to understand me. I even had to remind her to massage my feet by pointing with gestures. The massage ended 5 minutes early, and the room lacked the aromatherapy effect. There was not a sign on the Building that said Diamond Massage only Massage, so you have to ask to ensure you were in the right Massage Palor. To top it all off , the front desk attendant asked how was my massage, I explained to him in vivid detail as I have here in this comment page, yet he still asked me to tip her more money then I had already left despite the horrific experience. I graciously added the remainder of the cash I had on hand and silently exited the building. I will never go back to this place again. My back still aches, and I wasted my time and money.
