What services does your business offer and what makes your business stand out from the competition?
In our 17th year of operation, We know what it takes to wow our customers. We stand behind our work, are open 7 days a week and truly enjoy what we do. We offer a very clean and organized place to do business. All pricing for repairs are up front and thoroughly explained to our customers.

What was the inspiration to start or run this business?
At the time (1996) there was no repair center or computer center in the East Lake area. We are proud to be the area's first computer store. We started out as Computer Renaissance and in 2001 changed our name to Elite Computers.

What do you love most about your job?
We get the warm and fuzzy feeling when we can reconnect a person with technology, Weather that be through a repair, sale or training. Getting somebody back up and running or maybe just providing some advice, being helpful is how we go home smiling at night.

What is the best reaction you've ever gotten from a customer?
My favorite one of all came from a very young customer of ours. A 9 year old girl to be exact. She purchased (With the help of her parents) her first laptop from us. To show her aprecation she hand made a great looking thank you card and it still sits on our cash register today.
