I purchased a Groupon for a Blowout and when I tried to redeem it that same day the store said that they would not honor the Groupon and said to get my money refunded back from groupon. Then I was supposed to call House of Hair back and they would give me a blow out for the price the Groupon was going to offer it to me for. Something just did not seem right. This was the first time that I was using Groupon and the first time getting a blowout. So, everything was starting to become a bad expierence. I choose to not use the company because what they were saying was not making sense. Groupon was nice and they did refund me my money and I went to another company and I couldn't have been happier.

Alma needs to go back to school. She doesn't know how to cut hair. The staff in general has horrible customer service. Bad experience. My hair is messed up, and I will never return.

When its obvious that the client did not get what she is paying for; i recommend to give an option to the client to get it done again or a refund, so he she feels that you are making sure he she leaves pleased.
The lady who was doing the job knew it was not done they did not cur,l she should of said something like let me talk to the manager and let him her know what can we do for you or give me another appointment to try it again. But this did not happened .
The lady at he register asked me "what did you get done today" i responded "eyelash perm" she looked at me and and looked at the register did not say a word i handed my coupon tipped the lady and left.
