What services does your business offer and what makes your business stand out from the competition?
We have always been personable, upfront and honest with our clients. Our goal is to make the repairs as easy and affordable as possible, while extending the life of your valuable investment. Oh, and we have been told we are the BEST! ;)

What was the inspiration to start or run this business?
We have always had a passion for computers and technology in general. Working with hardware and software as it evolves, it just makes the ride that much more interesting! Can't wait to see what's next, and the challenge of how to fix it! We will be ready.

What do you love most about your job?
The fact that it doesn't feel like work. We love what we do and truly enjoy coming in every day and doing it. We embrace new challenges and look forward to seeing our clients every day.

What is the best reaction you've ever gotten from a customer?
The homemade fudge was a nice gesture! Oh, and the client who said we literally saved his marriage for recovering all their 20 years of photos. ;)
