The Pilates Room and Yoga Lounge, Chula Vista

I bought a Groupon for Pilates Room and was excited to try it for the first time. I followed all the instructions for activation. Everything had to be done manually. Per their instructions, I followed every step and received a confirmation for the classes I requested before I headed to the studio. The instructor said I was not on the list and would not be allowed to take the class when I showed her the confirming email. She contacted the owner, who would not speak to me. I left the studio and was three blocks away when the owner called. She apologized, but it was too late. She said she would now give me access, but I was so upset, I said I wanted a refund which she said she would authorize. I'm still waiting for the refund. It looked like a nice place and was excited to try it. Hopefully others who purchase the Groupon avoid this experience in the future.

I loved it, communication was great, different locations available, Pilates instructor was amazing. Felt great afterwards energetically and physically wise and felt definitely toning and strengthening my body.

Extremely scammy place, I activated a Groupon with them last year in March with a written promise in an email that they will let me use my 7 out of 8 classes when studios opens back up after covid and refused to honor their promise. Besides me many others complained that they continued to charge them memberships during the time they were closed

class itself was excellent, but the instructor was, ummm, unkind. go for the workout, not the happy.
