What was the inspiration to start or run this business?

Spa treatments as high-end as Sugar Spa therapies come at a very high cost. There are many who don’t like the idea of beauty treatments applied by strangers, but still enjoy the spa day experience, especially with friends. We, at Sugar Spa, saw the opportunity to offer huge discounts for spa therapies by allowing clients to apply their own treatments under the direction of professionals, which means all the fun of a spa day with your friends, at a fraction of the cost.

What do you love most about your job?

I love being able to offer my clients an affordable way to enjoy a wide choice of upscale spa memberships at a low scale price. Our spa clients are absolutely delighted when they first see how many beauty therapies they can choose from and they always walk out of the Sugar Spa feeling beautiful, rejuvenated and looking great!

What is the best reaction you've ever gotten from a customer?

We hosted a girls’ day out for a soon to be bride and her attendants the week of the wedding, featuring facials and charcoal teeth whitening. These girls had so much fun that day, and as they left, the bride said, “I have never felt so beautiful!” That’s all the thanks we needed.
